This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern course cancellations and refund eligibility. By enrolling in any course offered by Ed Global Academy, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the refund terms outlined below.

Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring clarity for all our students.

For Long-Term Courses (Duration of 6 Months and Above)

• Cancellation Before Course Commencement:
  • If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the first class, please notify us in writing—either in person, via email, or by certified mail. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your notice.
  • A full refund of all monies paid, excluding the registration fee (not exceeding $100 or its equivalent), will be processed.
• Cancellation After Course Commencement:
  • Cancellations made within the first week of classes (the drop/add period) will result in a refund of all tuition and fees, excluding the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after the drop/add week.
• Withdrawal After Admission:
  • If you withdraw after admission but before the first class, all monies paid, except for the registration fee, will be refunded.
  • Withdrawals after the course has commenced will follow a tiered refund system based on the timing of the withdrawal notice.

For Short-Term Courses (Duration Less Than 6 Months)

• Cancellation by Ed Global Academy:
  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
  • In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided to enrolled students.
• Cancellation by Student:
  • If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the course start date, 10% of the total fee will be deducted as an administrative charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Online Training Courses

• Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% of the total fee will be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation After 48 Hours:
  • No refunds will be provided after 48 hours of subscription.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

• The redundant amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days upon notification.

Processing Time

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

• Digital Products:
  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing our products.
• Classroom Training/Instructor-Led Online Training:
  • Cancellation by Ed Global Academy: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event, or change its location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political instability. In such cases, participants will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • If a participant cancels 7 days or more before the event, 10% of the total fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • If a participant cancels less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
• Online Training:
  • Cancellation by Participant: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of subscription, 5% of the total fee will be deducted as an administration fee.
  • No refunds will be made after 48 hours of subscription.
• Duplicate Payment:
  • Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days upon notification by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
